PIC Training is essential for pilots who aspire to take on command positions. This program develops the skills required for flight leadership and instills a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll learn about safety management, flight planning, risk assessment, and decision-making, all of which are critical for confidently assuming command.
The course goes beyond controlling the aircraft by preparing you for leadership in real-time scenarios, including emergency situations and team management. With practice in various situations, PIC Training develops your leadership and management skills. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped to lead flights as a responsible and capable pilot.
